What customers say?

“ This venue is ideal for those seeking a street food-style dining experience. It is clearly not intended for fine or upscale dining, and the setup reflects that. The space is quite small with very limited seating available. Unfortunately, during our visit, the air conditioning appeared to be non-functional, which made the experience uncomfortable—especially given that it was a day with an active heat warning. I truly sympathize with the staff who had to work under those conditions and hope management is taking steps to address this issue. One major concern was the lack of washroom facilities for dine-in customers. To my understanding, providing access to restrooms is a requirement under city and provincial regulations, so this was quite surprising and disappointing. That said, the food was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. However, as mentioned, this establishment is better suited for those looking for casual, comfort-style meals rather than a formal dining experience. ”

“ Came here from a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint. A very no-frills, just simple, affordable and tasty meals. There’s not that much seating in the place but we enjoyed the cosy small feel of the place; brought me back to Japan, especially with the little mochi sticks (like mochi kebabs) that we got everyday in Japan! ”

- Kerry T -

“ So clucking good... If you're looking for fried chicken in the Parliament area, this is the spot for you. In a location known for businesses coming and going, they’ve managed to become a true staple. The portions are generous, the quality is great, and the price point is amazing. The staff are friendly, and the service matches the quality, excellent all around. ”
